Don Bosco entre los salvadoreños

Con mucha alegría les anuncio la visita de la urna que contiene la reliquia de Don Bosco a nuestro país del 28 al 31 de julio del presente año. En nuestro Instituto estará el 30 de julio desde las once de la mañana hasta las tres de la tarde. Esta visita es parte de una peregrinación que comenzó en Julio del 2009 en Turín (Italia) y termina en el mes de enero de 2014. Dos acontecimientos han motivado a realizar dicha peregrinación: El 150 aniversario de la fundación de la Congregación Salesiana y la celebración del bicentenario del nacimiento de Don Bosco el 16 de agosto del 2015. La urna recorrerá 130 países en los que está presente el carisma salesiano.

El sentido de esta peregrinación ha sido explicado así por el Rector Mayor, Don Pascual Chávez Villanueva: “Tras la feliz experiencia vivida con la peregrinación de la reliquia de Santo Domingo Savio y tras las manifestaciones de aprecio que nos han llegado, he pensado cuán hermoso e importante sería llevar a nuestro querido Don Bosco a todos los países en los que trabajamos y ofrecer a tantos jóvenes y a las familias la posibilidad de sentirlo aún más cercano”.

“La peregrinación –ha añadido el Rector Mayor- nos lleva al Capítulo General 26 en el cual hemos vivido la experiencia de volver a Don Bosco para volver a partir desde él y construir así una historia de salvación y santidad. Hoy Don Bosco, don de Dios a los jóvenes del mundo, quiere llegar donde están sus hijos, los jóvenes, verdadera luz y esperanza para el futuro”.

El Rector Mayor ha procedido a impartir la bendición: “Haz que, iluminados por el ejemplo de San Juan Bosco, en cada parte del mundo, atraídos por esta imagen y por sus enseñanzas, caminemos tras las huellas del Señor, hasta que se forme el hombre perfecto en la medida plena de la estatura de Cristo”
Por otro lado, con la peregrinación de Don Bosco la Iglesia nos ofrece la Indulgencia Plenaria, que es un camino para purificar nuestro corazón de las ofensas que cometimos contra Dios, para encontrarnos plenamente con Él.

De esta manera quiero invitar a toda la Comunidad Educativa del Instituto Técnico Ricaldone, es decir alumnos/as, padres de familia, personal, oratorianos, miembros de la familia salesiana, también a los exalumnos/as, vecinos de nuestra obra y personas que acuden a nuestra Iglesia a que compartamos esta gracia de Dios que nos envía. ¡Don Bosco nos visita! Que su presencia sea motivo para renovar nuestra fe en Dios en la construcción de un mundo más justo, pacífico y solidario a través del acompañamiento a los jóvenes más necesitados.

Asi que como toda buen salesiano de corazon esperamos podes asistir a ser parte de tan maravillosa oportunidad y hago la invitacion a todos y cada uno de aquellos que son fueron o seran salesianos xD
